This Leather Notebook with Initials includes a pink suede leather book cover with blue suede initials.

A thermostat coil was heated to brand swirls into the blue leather.   Leather cord binds the book together with a twig. 

Wood forms the back cover.  The Leather Notebook with Initials contains acid-free pages.
