A handcarved and embossed pond turtle with copper diesel truck engine parts adorns the cover of this handbound leather scrapbook album. The body of the turtle is covered with blue deerskin and the spine is smooth black cowhide.

Acid-free papers have been bound into the Blue Pond Turtle Album. Handmade blue paper has been applied as the coversheets. Handstitched headbands are stitched onto the spine edges.
