Leather Wine Display Box

Description

This Leather Wine Display Box is both a personalized gift box and display case.  A glass window allows viewing of the wine bottle and decanter within.

 A wooden corkscrew serves as a closure for the box.   A shell and glass bead accent the leather lace which wraps around the corkscrew.

Shells embed into the front cover to represent a beach home. Sand from the beach fills the round window.  Consequently, the sand moves freely between the two panes of clear glass.  Therefore, the moving sand may be viewed from the inside of the cover as well.

The name JOY abstractly features over the round window.  Specifically, the round window forms the O.  Likewise, J and Y are the copper wire letters.

Custom sized compartments hold a bottle of wine, an etched glass decanter, and shells under glass from the beachfront home.  Gold filled engraving personalizes the wine bottle.

One compartment is specially made to permanently hold an assortment of shells from the beach.  Glass holds the shells in place.

Metallic gold leather covers the inner box compartments, backed by purple padded fabric.  Glass beads accent the plush padding.

Handmade banana leaf paper lines the interior of the front cover and spine. The Leather Wine Display Box can be displayed flat or upright as a display case.  

Double thick stepped joint walls optimize  durability.   55 pound tensile strength fabric reinforces the hinges.
