This Embossed Names Wedding Album is highly personalized.
For instance, copper leaves, accented with silver beads at the tips, represent the couple and one child. In addition, a copper and a steel washer refer to the groom’s love of cars as well as symbolic wedding rings.
Soft blue leather covers the custom Wedding Album. The names Teresa and Curt have been handcarved and embossed under the leather. First initials symbolically link together with the script font.
I stitched acid -free pages around the three leather cords seen along the spine. After that the pages become deckled by handripping each one individually into a curved shape. In the same vein, an ascending length develops. Therefore, the pages get slightly longer through the book.
The headbands, stitched directly into the spine ends, are comprised of leather cords wrapped with blue and ivory threads to protect the spine edges.
55 lb tensile strength fabric reinforces the hinges to ensure heirloom quality and durability. Handmade white paper embedded with plant fibers lines the inner covers as endsheets in the Embossed Names Wedding Album.
