Description
This Leather Patchwork Mosaic Scrapbook features the name McLeod. The personalized book cover includes handcarved and embossed Celtic font lettering under a mosaic of suede leathers.
Thick hammered copper highlights the edge of the curved smooth brown spine leather. In addition, copper weaves through the red leather pagemarker.
Acid-free pages fill the book, sewn around two binding cords. Subsequently, each page received individually hand ripping to create a curved deckled edge.
The headbands, stitched into the spine ends, are comprised of leather cords wrapped with burgundy and brown threads to protect the spine edges.
Importantly, a double layer of 55 lb tensile strength fabric reinforced the hinges to ensure heirloom quality. Also, archival permanently flexible bookbinding glue assures durability.
The interior of the Leather Patchwork Mosaic Scrapbook showcases red handmade paper as endsheets.
