This Red Leather Bible with Stamped Name showcases a durable brushed aluminum cross on the cover.  Therefore, it will not tarnish with age and handling as silver would.  The Bible features a hot foil stamped silver name pressed into the red leather.  

For this particular request, I ordered a brand new Bible in a certain print version.  Then I removed the original cover boards.  Subsequently, the new extra strong cover boards affix to the Bible for optimum durability.  This includes a double layer of 55 pound tensile strength fabric reinforcement at the hinges for extra sturdiness. 

In addition, archival permanently flexible glue safeguards the book for a lifetime of use.  Therefore, most importantly, the hinges and spine will not crack over time like some books do.  Instead, they will remain soft and flexible.

Levels of suede leather accent the cover, edged by smooth black leather around the spine. Brushed aluminum wire follows the curve along the raised burgundy panel.

The old stick-on headbands of the Bible were removed.  Instead, handstitched genuine headbands replace them.  I wrap leather cords with thread colors to compliment the color scheme.  They are directly sewn onto the binding edges with red and black threads.

 A built-in red leather bookmark attaches to the upper spine for functionality as well as a splash of color.  Red also features inside the Bible with handmade paper lining the interior as endsheets.  

The silver gilded edging of the Bible pages make for an overall beautiful metallic look when combined with the silver colored metal accents.
