This highly personalized NBA Basketball Scrapbook features genuine basketball segments. It was made as a gift for the 2017 No. 1 Draft Pick, Markelle N. Fultz.
White leather wraps around each individually carved letter. To clarify, meticulously thinning of the leather on each edge and corner must occur first. Next, the Fultz lettering firmly affixes to the cover with hidden wires.
Segments of a real basketball form a mini version in the lower right corner. The mini basketball mounts on top of a white round leather platform. In addition, laser etching brands his name and trademark phrase around the disk, Faithful 2 the Grind.
Laser Etching also burns an emblem into the leather on the large F, I Love This Game. Furthermore, The large F features his laser etched title. Blue and red deerskin cover the main covers.
A sound module insets within the front inner cover. Therefore, Markelle can pull a string to hear a personal recorded message. Photos of the NBA basketball player as a child and current day dominate the inner covers. Also, quotes are included. Handmade blue paper overlays the inner covers as endsheets.
This NBA Basketball Scrapbook Album is made to accommodate standard 8 ½” x 11″ pages. It is bound with screwposts so it can keep expanding as more mementos and pages are added. 55 lb tensile strength fabric reinforces the hinges for heirloom quality. Archival permanently flexible glue assures a lifetime of use.
